About

Scott Cressman

Why do I do it? What drives me? I guess I don’t know but I do have a clue. It’s got something to do with a strong internal drive (maybe it’s the endorphines) and an overwhelming wonder of the beauty and power of nature. Besides, it’s a lot of fun.

My favourite places are the Canadian Rockies and the American Southwest. One goes up and one goes down. One provides stunning heights, harshness and cold while the other provides the harshness of a sun baked, scorched and contorted land. I love the contrast these experiences provide and to find it all with in a two day drive of each other makes it all easy to experience.

No matter where you are from, the power and beauty of these two regions will leave you speechless and wondering how they were formed and how nature’s delicate balance must be protected to support the myriad of lifeforms that depend on each other. If you go tread lightly, respect mother nature, don’t pick the wildflowers and don’t feed the wildlife.
